Bernard B. Mugabiirwe (M.Th, B.A.A(Hons)MUK,Dip.Ed. ITEK). A teacher and a theologian. Studied Religious Studies, Swahili from Makerere University, and Theology from the School of Mission and Theology (Missiology, Church history) in Stavanger, Norway. A Lecturer in Religious Studies at Bishop Stuart and Kabale Universities in Uganda.
