Abdurazakov Fazliddin Abdunabievich was born on April 18, 1984 in Altinsoy district of Surkhandarya region. In 2006 he graduated from Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, Faculty of International Journalism (full-time). In 2021 he studied at the master's degree in pedagogy and psychology at Termiz State University.
