This work deals with the culture as agenda and news in a local television and brings concepts of: local television, culture, representation and identity, agenda and news. This book is the result of the author's dissertation research which investigated how culture can be present in the news broadcasted by a television station and which elements are determinant for the viewer to understand the content.
