Autorenporträt
Annemiek van Boeijen (MSc), ausgebildete Industriedesignerin, ist Assistant Professor Industrial Design an der Fakultät für Industrial Design Engineering der Technischen Universität Delft. Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Rolle der Kultur in Designprozessen. Ziel ist es, Wissen und Entwurfsmethoden und -werkzeuge zu entwickeln, die Designer mit einem kultursensiblen Ansatz für Design unterstützen. Sie ist Initiatorin und Mitherausgeberin des Delft Design Guide, Moderatorin des ausgezeichneten Massive Open Online Course Product Design: The Delft Design Approach, und betreibt den Online-Kurs für Masterstudenten und Designpraktiker im Bereich Cultural Sensitive Design.
