Her experiences have given her a rich appreciation of cultures, philosophies and people. Gaiti is passionate about cultivating self-awareness to enable individuals and organisations to harness cultural and cognitive diversity. She is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Advanced Professional with the CQ Centre and a Certified Results Based Coach.
