Jenny and Randall Scott Murphy created the Curly Dog book series to help share their love of kids, reading, and their rescue dog, Curly. Curly is an important part of the Murphy family. She helped raise their two grown sons, Jordan and Griffin. The couple lives in Austin. Both authors are originally from Missouri and have worked at the University of Texas at Austin.
