Kholboev Bakhrom Ernazarovich nasceu em 1976 na província de Syrdarya. Em 1999, licenciou-se na Universidade Agrária Estatal de Tashkent. Desde 2007 até à data, tem trabalhado como professor sénior na Universidade Estatal de Gulistan, Departamento de Ciência do Solo. Publicou cerca de 35 artigos científicos e didático-metodológicos.
