This work focuses on the study of current fluvial dynamics in the Oued Lakhdar watershed, with an emphasis on mapping and analysis. This basin is located at the north-eastern tip of the Haut-Atlas mountains, and extends mainly over the province of Azilal, with a limited extension into the province of Kelaa Sraghna. Covering an area of 3120.9 km² and a length of 100.69 km, the Wadi Lakhdar watershed is integrated into the Wadi Oum Errabia hydraulic system. The changes observed in the Wadi Lakhdar watershed, as well as in the main watercourse, have mainly influenced the diversity of fluvial forms present, constituting indicators of active dynamics. The methodology adopted for this study includes fluvial form mapping, with particular emphasis on bank and channel bottom morphology. Next, a statistical analysis of the results obtained, drawn mainly from field observations, is carried out, considering types, sections, parts and banks, followed by identification of river mobility.
