Produktbeschreibung
In this report the business impacts of data quality
problems are analyzed and the costs of non-quality
data are measured in bottom line currency figures.
The aim of those efforts is to highlight the impacts
of data quality issues on the profitability of an
organization, to call management s attention to the
importance of customer data management and to analyze
the status of the data quality and possible benefits
of data quality improvement.

The results of data quality analyzes show that poor
quality data is an important issue. However, the
direct costs of it are not obvious due to the nature
of the business. They appear mostly as lost and
missed opportunity costs which are hard to estimate
without a comprehensive study.
