Public and private health care services in Myanmar continue to remain least developing with sub-optimal health system management policies and strategies. Access to both public and private health care services are constrained by inefficient policy application and strategic approach, misplaced allocation of the financial/human resources and low socio-economic status of the communities hence many community members either in the rural or urban area are suffering from multi kinds of communicable and non-communicable disease. My interested field of research study is clients' satisfaction towards health care services at public and/or private health care facility in my nation. The findings on different satisfactory level towards varieties of health care related services namely cleanliness and amenities of health facility, manner of the staffs including medical professions, booking and waiting system, availability of medicines and medical equipment, standard of curative medical services, the overall hospital related cost and so on; would allow to explore the particular health care services required to be improved and those which are already at high level of clients' satisfaction.
