Customs economic regimes have been designed in order to be able to meet the needs of economic operators in a more efficient manner. They provide the company with important advantages and enable it to develop its competitive capacity in foreign markets. It is in this interest that the RKC has been amended to better accommodate the use of these regimes in the present century. It is with this in mind that Senegalese and French legislators have found it better to give these regimes an important place in their customs codes. We have discussed in this book the customs economic regimes favorable to transport activities. Thus we have developed the transit regime, the transhipment and cabotage regime before ending with the means of transport regime. Also the economic regimes favorable to commercial and industrial activities were discussed. Thus including customs warehouse regimes, specific use regimes to end with the presentation of customs economic regimes favorable to industrial activities.
