This master's thesis was developed in the Postgraduate Course in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). Due to the volume of information and with the help of the other authors, it was transformed into this work, which provides technical, technological and economic viability information on the cut gerbera crop grown under different water availability. The experiment was carried out at the Polytechnic College of the Federal University of Santa Maria - RS. The content is aimed not only at specialists in the subject, but also at anyone interested in learning about gerbera cultivation, and it is hoped that this book will serve as a reference and inspiration for many other works on the subject.
