Dr. Wesam Salah Alaloul is a faculty member at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering/Construction Management in 2017 from UTP, Malaysia.
