Mr. Kadima Victor Chitechi is an IT expert. He is a Chief Technologist in the Department of CS, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST), Kenya. He is a PhD student at [MMUST], he holds an MSc in IT from (MMUST) and BSc in IT. Mr. Kadima is involved in a number of research projects of ICTs and development.
