Scott's 25-year career in Information Technology has focused on Cyber defense, Ethical hacking, Managed Services, and business and IT consulting. David Russell is a leadership activist who helps "bad bosses" become great leaders. He has 47 years' business experience, mostly as a 38-year veteran of the computer channel who has been a reseller, systems builder, software developer, vendor, and founder of $10M-funded dotcom that ultimately hosted 1,800 online stores for computer consultants. Since February 2003, David has focused on developing the best leadership and company culture systems in the world. This is an integration of work from great leaders that he has tested, and systems he has developed with his team. David has limited time to work directly with clients. Most of his schedule is invested to develop and update the powerful systems Manage 2 Win has developed, interviewing guests on the M2W podcast, and providing inspiring talks / workshops.
