Nour-eddine Laouni verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Schulung der erforderlichen technologischen Fähigkeiten für Lehrer aus aller Welt. Er hat einen Master-Abschluss in Kommunikation und befindet sich jetzt in der Abschlussphase seiner Doktorarbeit an der Universität Mohammed V-Rabat. Er arbeitet als Lehrerausbilder am Regionalen Zentrum für Bildung und Ausbildung CRMEF.
