Out of total 71 patients the The commonest cytomorphological subtype was Testicular atrophy with 30.5 % cases and the least common was maturation arrest having 8 11.1 % cases. The mean values for FSH, LH, Testosterone and Prolactin were 11.4±1.53, 6.7±1, 12.9±0.92 & 201.25±14.8 respectively. The semen analysis showed Azoopsermia in 84.7% cases. Fine needle aspiration cytology is an inexpensive, noninvasive and a rapid diagnostic modality in assessment of male infertility. The diagnostic utility is further enhanced by the preparation of cell blocks
