Recently, titanium dioxide, 20 nm TNPs (TNP 20), 100 nm TNPs (TNP 100) and 20 nm ZNPs (ZNP 20), 100 nm ZNPs (ZNP 100) have gained much importance due to their wide spread use of applications in nanodermatology and nanocosmetology. The rate of exposure of human beings was increasing due to their extensive use in commercial applications. More than 150 items of nanotechnology based consumer products would have enhanced long-term dermal contact in the present nanoworld. TNP and ZNP were the most commonly used NP found in dermally applicable consumer products such as tooth paste, food colorants and nutritional supplements. Recently, Candies, sweets and chewing gums have a higher amount of TNP and ZNP (<100 nm) which can enters into human body through dermal, inhalation and oral routes of exposure in relevance to toxicology. The size of the NP matters a lot which will influence the cell-particle interaction. So the cell-particle type interaction or nanotoxicology is gaining much importance in the nanoworld due to their high volume of production, extensive applications and unknown health complications after exposure to human beings and animals.
