Autorenporträt
"D&DEPARTMENT PROJECT" was established in 2000 by the designer Kenmei Nagaoka. Based on the concept of "long-lasting design," our long-term goal is to establish retail outlets in each of the 47 prefectures of Japan. Each outlet will discover long-lasting designs produced in the local region, and introduce them to its customers. D&DEPARTMENT PROJECT operates stores and restaurants, and publishes travel guides to reexamine the uniqueness of the 47 prefectures of Japan.
