Dr. April L Webster is native of Hickman, Ky. She is the wife of LaShawn Webster. She is a mother, an Ordained Evangelist, Mentor, and Entrepreneur. She obtained her Ph.D in Christian Psychology Counseling on May 11, 2011 from International College of Ministry. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration specializing in Human Resources; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work both from Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Ky. She is the proud co-owner of Loving Arms, LLC Homecare agency.Dr. Webster is a woman of character and integrity. She credits all her accomplishments to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
