Tommy Gayfield Jr.As a native of Saint Louis, Missouri, I am blessed with a beautiful family, my wife of 10 years, and our threeexceptional children. I first earned my bachelor's degree in health and wellness from McKendree University,followed by a master's degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan. Currently, I am pursuing mydoctorate in psychology at Liberty University, with a focus on understanding how cognitive resilience andflexibility shapes human potential.Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse populations-ranging from the general public to eliteathletes-and discovered that true self-growth starts with what happens in the mind.
