Autorenporträt
Iris Bahr is a writer, director, and actor. In addition to DAI (enough), which received Drama Desk Award and Stage Award (UK) nominations for Outstanding Solo Work and won the 2008 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Solo Show, she has written Planet America (also a solo show) and the memoir Dork Whore: My Travels Through Asia as a Twenty-Year-Old Pseudo-Virgin. Her work for television includes the role of Rachel Heineman, an Orthodox Jewish girl, on two episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, "The Ski Lift" and "The Korean Bookie."
