Varia Wahlroos-Kaitila is a Finnish woman from Helsinki. She created the Daily Journal series for herself and her friends, but due to numerous requests, it has now been officially published through BoD. The Daily Journal series is intended to support mental well-being. The author dealt with years of chronic depression, which led to a deep understanding of mental health-related topics. Now, she aims to help others by sharing the concrete steps she personally used for her own recovery.
