Autorenporträt
Author born in a Chicago suburb. Good parents & upbringing, lived in just one house from baby to adult. Worked over 3 years in a factory out of High School, then quit and joined the U.S. Marines as a Reservist. I completed my U.S.M.C. enlistment as an Infantryman. Returned 6 months later and attended community college, University of Alaska in Juneau, and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Management. First brief career was as a stockbroker. Thirsted for excitement and adventure and moved to Texas where I knew not one soul to begin my career as a Dallas Police Officer, retiring 26 years later in 2016. My career goal came early when I was still a rookie in training when I made a concerted effort to keep and write down interesting police stories for eventual publication upon retirement.
