Autorenporträt
Rudwaan born Rodney Piggott in 1960 on the Island of Tobago, migrated to the United States very early in his life. There he acquired the habit of cigarette smoking as a teenager, after several failed attempts at quitting he became very creative in his approach and stumbled upon 3 simple but highly effective mental techniques he labeled 'mental dams', which resulted in the permanent reversal of the urge to smoke cigarettes. It has now been 34 years and counting without the urge to smoke a cigarette, not only is there no urge but the smell of cigarette smoke is as disgusting to me as it was before I started smoking. Several people have tried my technique and those who adhered to the steps in the order they are presented have also reaped permanent reversal of the habit without any side effects. I constructed this book to help others who have the will but lack the proper methodology to empower their will.
