This research is based on the use of teaching-learning strategies that the teacher develops with the students in the Dance elective of the eleventh grade and how they use them in the process of workshops given to students of early childhood and elementary school, so that they learn significantly the contents of the subject at the Alfonso López Michelsen School in Bogotá, Colombia, during the school year 2013-2014. The results showed that the head teacher and the workshop students use strategies to promote situated teaching such as: Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning and Dance to develop artistic skills, body development, socio-affective relationships, problem solving that contribute to the significant learning of students by assuming the leading role in the project "Youth Teaches, Childhood Dances" to replace the absence of the Dance teacher in the initial and elementary school levels and strengthen the emphasis of the institution in Communication, Art and Expression.

Originaire de la municipalité de Une, département de Cundinamarca, Colombie. Il a fait des études de maîtrise en arts du spectacle avec spécialisation en danse contemporaine à l'Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas et de maîtrise en éducation avec double diplôme TEC de Monterrey (Mexique) et Uniminuto (Colombie). Il travaille actuellement comme enseignant au secrétariat à l'éducation.
