Autorenporträt
Brittney was born in Ridgedale, New Jersey. Born into a poor family, her parents struggled with addiction and making ends meet. She is the oldest of two sisters that she helped care for at an early age. At seven her parents moved to Grand Rapids, Pennsylvania to give their children a better life. With her mom working two jobs to make ends meet due to her fathers addiction to alcohol and drugs, Brittney was forced to grow up early and helped raise her two younger sisters. Brittney struggled through a hard and tragic life starting at an early age. She was molested by two older men at seven years old until fifteen and raped by two other men at the age of fourteen. This prompted her own drug addiction. Juggling her own demons and addiction she turned to her faith and hope in her higher power God.
