Prof Claudia Gray is a paediatrician and paediatric allergy specialist. She trained in the United Kingdom as well as in South Africa and now resides in Cape Town, South Africa, where she runs a busy and innovative paediatric and allergy centre. She has been blessed with four beautiful children of her own, who have taught her so much more than any formal training can. With her background as a mother of four, an involved member of the community at large, as well as a paediatrician with clinical and academic responsibilities and experience in both South Africa and the United Kingdom, Claudia feels she has a vital role to play in providing true, accurate, researched and real information about all things paediatric and parenting. Her series of children's books aims to take scary or troublesome situations and explain them in a friendly, fun way through delightful rhyming stories.
