Autorenporträt

K Wendt has a Bachelor's degree in English, but never really wanted to be a teacher. Instead, she always felt a desire to be a part of the book-making process, possibly even writing a book. Her first book, "Duney," was a big first step on that journey, and has now been followed by "Susie," "Billy," and "Washed Away." Her newest children's book is "Danny." K has had a passion for writing since she was young and loves being able to create a new story on a fresh, blank page. She currently lives in central Texas with her family, including her son, Monte, who illustrated "Duney." She just finished her first adult novel.
