Adam Grant earned his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and has a postgraduate degree from Harvard University. He is a tenured professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was recognized by BusinessWeek magazine as one of the world's best business professors under 40.
