Dinesh Chandra Ray, Ph.D., is presently Assistant Professor in History, Southfield College, Darjeeling. As Joint Editor he edited Discourses on Darjeeling Hills (2013). Srikanta Roy Chowdhury, Ph.D., is presently Assistant Professor in History, Southfield College, Darjeeling.
