Rick is an enrolled member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Mohican Nation and a Marine Corps combat veteran of Vietnam. He has 26 years of law enforcement experience and is a graduate of the F.B.I. Academy Command College Quantico. He has a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and a master degree in Forensic Psychology. He is retired and enjoys book signings and speaking at cultural events.
