Fiction Author, Michael K. Drummer born in Chicago, Illinois and now lives in the Washington, D.C. suburbs with his wife Trinh. They have three children aged 7-9, two dogs. The Drummer's extended family includes three young sponsored children living in Ecuador and Indonesia. As an avid reader growing up, he read nearly everything he could get his hands on. His fire to become a storyteller were fanned by several of his favorites: Terry Brooks, Robert Ludlum, Tom Clancy, Tolkien, Robert Jordan, John Milton, Stephen King, Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, Margaret Weiss & Tracy Hickman. Hobbies include photography, travel and advocacy to end human trafficking and the oppression of children.
