The aim of our work is to analyze the stock management practices of a fuel storage area, identify the various performance indicators and, most importantly, set up a management dashboard that groups together the performance indicators. To succeed in this exercise, the logistician must be able to optimize all processes efficiently.This is the aim of the present study. Firstly, we will analyze the inventory management and petroleum product handling processes at Vivo Energy Agadir. Next, we will make observations based on an analysis of the interview guide used with VE staff. We will then put forward suggestions to help improve management practices, and we will finish by designing a new table to help the depot manager manage and monitor product processing within the company.
