CRM and ERP systems are usually acquired and implemented separately and at different times. Quite often, they are purchased from different suppliers and manufacturers, and implemented by different teams. Such separately kept DB¿s also lead to separate basic records primarily those for business partners, articles and services. This may create problems with updating and maintaining data consistency within the information system(IS) of a company. The contribution of this research and Monograph is to generate an ERP and CRM integration e-business model by way of optimizing relevant processes and costs, and to provide details about the processes of integration of the logical and physical data models. It also includes integration of physical ERP and CRM DB through software(SW) services that ensure full data integrity of the two DB¿s. The key element of the integration of ERP and CRM is the maintenance of full integrity of basic data records which include partners, products and services. Integration and SW services ensure the integrity of all basic records throughout all the processes that span over functionality of both systems.
