David Huggins Wallace (born October 17, 1979 in Brentwood, Tennessee), is a former American professional baseball catcher. He is currently the manager of the New York-Penn League's Mahoning Valley Scrappers, the short-season "A" level minor-league affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. He is also serving as the catching coordinator within the Indians system.[1] From 2002 to 2008, Wallace played in Minor League Baseball with the Scrappers, Lake County Captains, Kinston Indians, Akron Aeros, Buffalo Bisons, and Columbus Clippers.
