A treatise in comparative eschatology, this book is a must read for all those seeking to understand current and end-time narratives, and the apocalyptic world, particularly in tandem with the shaping of world events. Philosophical, theological, cosmological, teleological and spiritual discourse all come to bear as they intersect the role of government and all social institutions. This broader apocalyptic saga includes, but is not limited to, the eschatological outlook of various Christian denominations, Islam, Judaism, ISIS (Daesh), Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, African and Native American Traditions, and Bahai Faith. All of these eschatologies and more come to the fore, in comparative fashion, exposing the reader to a whole new way of understanding current dynamics. Altogether, the moral, social, political, and spiritual implications are staggering as they are revealing.
