Despite disliking writing in school, always had a talent for words. This surfaced during his technical writing, where his creativity often shined. One example was a thesis on the negative portrayal of Odysseus in Greek myths. At Hillsdale College, he created fictional worlds between classes and football practice. Although his career didn't involve much writing, his storytelling nature thrived.
