Ed Day is an author, mechanical engineer, patent holder, entrepreneur, international corporate businessman, technical writer, and former government contractor. An expert in energy technologies, Ed spent 30 years writing material for federal contractors. He believes that new scientific discoveries can change the course of history, creating opportunities for adventure, suspense, treachery, and mystery. That idea inspired the plot of his exciting first thriller, A Deadly Discovery. Ed lives with his wife and pets in Virginia, but feels most inspired to write in his log cabin in West Virginia.
