Barbara lives in a small town in southwestern Ontario, Canada with her husband and their ginger cat "Prince Harry." Barbara was the author of the popular Dear Barb advice column from 2003-2023, now available in book form from various online and paperback sources. She has published a book of short stories Glimpses in Time: A Collection of Memoirs and More, one of which, Mary's Story, won first place in the short article category from The Professional Writers Association of Canada. Barbara's memoir 'Can I Come HOME Now?" became a #1 Bestseller on Amazon. Barbara's latest publication is a collection of free verse poetry "Seasons of the Heart."
