A natural result of accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior is a new desire to see others come to know Him. The burden is greatest for those who are near and dear to our hearts: spouse and child. New Christians are so eager to share their faith, but many times loved ones are not very open or receptive. Often we look at the lives of those we share Jesus with and see no hope for their salvation. We fail in not placing our burden with the only One that can truly give us any hope, Jesus Christ. Salvation is God's plan fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The Spirit of God draws men to salvation. Jesus wants our loved ones saved more than we do. It is His will for all men to be saved; man only has but a choice to make. "Dear Sister in Christ" reminds us of what Jesus can do and where we can find hope and comfort in His Word.
