Annie Bolitho spent 15 years helping people to take charge of their end of life arrangements and create meaningful ceremonies. She convened more than thirty Death Cafés in Melbourne and ran training for health workers in issues around death, grief and loss. Annie has a Doctorate of Creative Arts and has a strong interest in ritual, creativity and writing. She's worked closely with children, involving them in rituals through activities, performance and the comfort of play.
