Autorenporträt
Nicole Puntigam is a 16-year-old girl, who spent part of her summer holidays writing this book. Inspired by the problems of the people around her, she began writing in order to process these complex situations. The subject of suicide has been on her mind for a long time, and she felt compelled to explore the emotions and challenges faced by people dealing with such heavy issues. From this exploration, the character Ashlyn Baker was born. Nicole sees parts of herself in Ashlyn and has woven some personal details into the character's story - can you guess which ones? ;) For example, Nicole and Ashlyn share a passion for drawing, although Nicole admits she's not really talented in this area. Nicole hopes you enjoy reading this story.
