Geboren 2005 in Leverkusen und aufgewachsen in einer kleinen Stadt, hat A.C. Engels bereits mit sechs Jahren begonnen ihre ersten Geschichten zu erzählen. Mit Vierzehn folgten dann die ersten Versuche richtige Bücher zu schreiben und mit Achtzehn ihr erstes Buch das geprägt von dem unheimlichen Flair einer Kleinstadt und ihrem altmodischen Musikgeschmack war. In ihren Büchern konzentriert sie sich auf Mysterien, vergangene Zeiten und kreative Handlungen. Es gibt keinen Tag an dem A.C. nicht an eine neuen Geschichte denkt, ihr Kopf ist das reinste Kino und oft muss sie mit einem Schnipsen wieder aus ihren Tagträumen rausgeholt werden.
