Carl Bock is a retired Professor of Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Carl received his Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of California at Berkeley. Carl is an ornithologist and conservation biologist. Now largely retired from academic life, Carl has turned his creative efforts toward fiction writing, and is the co-author of two ongoing series, the Arizona Borderlands Mysteries and the Florida Keys Mysteries.
