Dr Thomas E.M. is an associate professor of Economics in the Department of Economics, Christ College, Irinjalakuda, Kerala, India.His area of specialization is Decentralized Economic Planning. He received special training on the Theoretical and Functional aspects of Decentralized Planning from the University of Belgrade in 1987-88.
