Cypriano Mwithia SJ is currently an administrator and bursar of Loyola High School Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds an MA in Public Administration and Management from Makerere University of Uganda and a Degree of Philosophy and Humanity from Arrupe College Zimbabwe. His Research interest is in the area of management,psychology and spirituality.
