The present study was designed to analyze the communication interventions of EFS with the farmers under the decentralized extension in the Punjab province, Pakistan in order to observe, whether or not the changes made by the Department of Agriculture (Extension) Govt. of the Punjab after the devolution plan have any positive effect on communication.
