The games created for military training in the past have evolved over time and became more present in the context of the companies by providing both training for potential crises and anticipation of possible solutions. The business games have improved and today there are software products specially developed for creating virtual environments can be found, offering simulations aimed to aid students in the school and train managers in the companies. Thanks to the various resources offered by this technique, the manager is able to play an important role. As a result, the objective of this work was to develop a strategic decision-making process by using management simulation as a learning technique in a transportation company and assess its use for training managers. Literature review on systemic view, strategic decision-making, simulation and business games are used in the present study for evaluation.
