Lloyd G. Waller is a professor of Digital Transformation Policy and Governance. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Global Tourism Resilience and Crisis Management Centre, a global policy and advocacy think tank headquartered in Jamaica with additional offices in Africa, the Middle East, Canada, and Europe. With a Masters in Sociology of Development focusing on e-commerce and a PhD in Social Policy specializing in electronic tourism, his expertise spans various domains including Digital Transformation Policies and Practice, Electronic Governance, Tourism Resilience, and Development Studies. In this capacity, he leverages his profound understanding of tourism resilience and digital governance to shape policies that enhance global tourism resilience. Professor Waller's relentless dedication to advancing knowledge and driving positive change in tourism has earned him national and international recognition, cementing his status as a pivotal figure in shaping the future trajectory of global tourism and tourism resilience.
